Receptionist/Front Desk/Scheduler/Switchboard
SUMMARY: The receptionist is responsible for greeting patients, visitors, and customers. Checking patients in and out, and preparing schedules and encounter forms and making appointments.
STATUS: FULL-TIME, MONDAY-FRIDAY
LOCATION: All Office Locations
REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma with minimum two year related experience is required. Knowledge of GEMMS Software is preferred and ability to perform multiple tasks is required.
Physician Extender-RN
SUMMARY: Provices nursing skills to coordinate patient care and services for The Heart Group, with majority of the focus on hospitalized patients.
STATUS: Part-time Monday-Friday, Some weekend call required.
LOCATION: Based out of the Henderson THG office with most of the time spent at the hospital.
REQUIREMENTS: Current Indiana and Kentucky RN license with minimum of 2 years experience in Cardiac nursing.
Office Nurse (RN)
SUMMARY: Provides nursing duties to coordinate patient care and services for The Heart Group. To include, preparing patients for the physician, review incoming correspondence and patient inquiries, scheduling procedures, coordinating prescription refills at the discretion of the physician and various other duties related to the operation of The Heart Group.
STATUS: 32-40 hours weekly-Monday-Friday
LOCATION: Henderson THG Office and other locations as needed.
REQUIREMENTS: Current Kentucky RN license required. Current Indiana license and cardiac nursing experience preferred.
