You can save any percent of your annual salary up to the maximum allowed by the IRS code. These funds are managed by John Hancock Retirement Plan Services. In Lieu of matching The Heart Group has a profit share plan, based on a percentage of your previous years earnings with THG. There is a 1 year waiting period before you are eligible to receive contributions with entry dates of January 1 or July 1 following your 1-year anniversary date. |

Full and part time employees may be granted time off with pay to attend a funeral of an immediate family member for up to 3 scheduled work days. |

PTO is earned based on the first forty (40) payable hours each week, and according to length of service. New full time employees will accrue 80 hours the first year and will be eligible to start using accrued hours on the first of the month following 60 days of service. |

Employees can purchase a guaranteed issue policy for five times the employee's annual salary, up to a maximum of $100,000. The employee can also purchase coverage for his or her spouse and dependent(s). The policy is portable, meaning employees can keep it, even if no longer employed by the Heart Group. |
